Discussion Forum

This is  the New Discussion Forum for the 101 Association, Inc.  Posts in this forum can be read by the public, but only logged-in 101 Association Members can create topics or comments.  Members may also subscribe to the Forum or to individual topics.  A subscription results in periodic email to the member informing them of new topics and comments.

The 101 Association also maintains an email list at Yahoo.  Any email sent to 101scout@yahoogroups.com is posted to the list, and forwarded to all 101Scout group members.  As of December, 2008, there were 174 group members, and 5,728 posted messages.  To join that group you must be a 101 Association member, have a valid email address, join groups.yahoo.com, and request membership in 101Scout.  That request will then be approved by the list moderator, the 101 Association Membership Director.

There are pros and cons to both approaches.
