Repair & Overhaul Manual

All profits from the sale of this "SHOP MANUAL" go to

the 101 Association, Inc., a historical non-profit organization.

The Indian 101 Scout Repair and Overhaul Manual, "The R&O" is a collection of detailed information on the Indian 101 Scout Motorcycles built between 1928 and 1931.  It is copyrighted by the 101 Association, Inc.  This is the shop manual that the Wigwam never published. It is designed to be used on the workbench, and is organized similar to the way the Indian Parts Books are set up.    The manual consists of 50 sections. The R&O is in a state of continuous improvement by members of the 101 Association, Inc., and others. As new information becomes available, the new sheets can be added.

The "Shop Manual" is available in a hard cover, three inch, loose leaf binder with a color picture of the Indian 101 Scout on the cover, spine, and rear cover, and one color page.  It contains color copies of 24 photographs of the most original 1928 Indian 101 Scout found to date.  Each page is in a separate plastic protector with reinforced ring holes.

The R&O is also available for less cost with the pages staked together with three brass pins. The 'plain sheets' Shop Manual still includes the color copies of the 24 color photos.

The Indian 101 Scout Repair and Overhaul Manual has 262 pages as of December, 2008.

Membership in The 101 Association, Inc. is not required to purchase or update your manual although this is certainly recommended.
