101ers Take over Yankee Chapter, AMCA Meet - Pictures

The 101 Association Annual meeting was held in conjunction with the Yankee Chapter of the AMCA at their national meet in Hebron, CT in August, 1999.
Many 101ers were present. In honor of the event, the 101 had it's own booth with chairs and roped off an area in which ONLY 101s were allowed to park! We generated a lot of traffic and a lot of interest. Awards were given as always in 3 categories: Best Survivor, Best Custom Restoration and Best Restored original BUT this year we added a new category: Judge's Choice.  One of the Best parts of the meeting was that after the awards were given out we had a 101 parade – all the 101s (and the Scouts we let park NEAR our 101s) did a couple of victory laps around the grounds – everyone stopped and was truly awed by the magnificence of these beautiful bikes.
